Gamakatsu Split Shot, Drop Shot Hooks have the right bend to make the bait presentation at the right angle. The preferred knot is the palomar but make sure you take your tag line and run it through the eye of the hook to finish the knot.

Great hook

Always been a Gamakatsu user and they do not disappoint. Used these for wacky rig this weekend and hooked about 50 largemouth (1 to 3lb range) in 4 hours without a re-tie. I think 2 of them shook loose but I'm sure that was user error. Awesome hook for drop shot and wacky rig. 1/0 size - Would recommend!
