Delicous little Amaretti Cookies

Growing up, we had Italian neighbors and they would bring us delicious goodies when they returned to the states from Italy. My favorite treat was Amaretti del Chiostro di Saronno. I was delighted and overjoyed to see them available for purchase from Torrone Candy! Thank you so much, they were as yummy and fresh as I remembered them being when I was young.
