Couldn’t be without my Thermophore Moist Heat Pack

I have used this product for 45 years. It helps me manage my lower and mid back pain as the moist heat relaxes my muscles. I would have alot more down time due to my back if it were not for this product. F. Schmale

Design Flaw

I bought this product a little over a year ago and within a short period of time of notice that the control box was cracked open. It's made of a cheap plastic that if it hits the floor it cracks and causes the unit to not function unless held together risking a shock. I now have a new one and have put a protective covering (electrical wrap) on the control unit to cushion it. A redesign of the control box would be a smart move. The first one of these I owned lasted 20 plus years. It is still the best "moist" heating pad I have found. If it isn't broken, don't fix it. Still the heating pad with the best "moist" heat I have found.

I love thermaphore heating pads! The moist heat penetrates and just melts the pain away. I accidentally stepped on and broke the trigger button on my last one and ordered this replacement the very next day.
