Box was open, no reply to inquiry

The coffee was a present and after it was delivered and opened, it was found that one of the boxes were already open at the time of delivery. The large outer box hadn't been opened, however one of the boxes inside had been. I had wondering why because it was a bit unsettling to know someone had opened it then packaged it up, especially it's a food item. I emailed you to see if I could have an explanation, however no one has replied.

Still have not received

I’m in the military and I’m overseas in Italy right now. I ordered this and was so excited for some delicious fresh made coffee. Things usually take awhile to get here, but not this long. I still have yet to receive my coffee which makes me really sad.

Trying

Have only tried one cup so far. The “wings” holding the coffee failed and the grounds fell into the cup. Coffee tasted good. I need to try again.
