It’s awesome on residential and some commercial carpets I don’t use it on commercial most of the time ,failed me a few times and on berbers not really that good. I love the smell. It’s awesome.

You can’t go wrong with this product at all , despite it is only a ph 10.5 it will clean like a 14 ph product, the scent is the best on the market and you can easy do polyesters , commercial , even couches .
