Lavazza Qualità Oro Whole Bean Coffee

I stumbled upon Lavazza coffee beans a couple of years ago and it quickly became my favorite. I've tried 4 or 5 varieties and I didn't find one I didn't like. It's not bitter like Starbucks is. I went on a cruise with a friend a couple of years ago and I thrilled to see that they serve this wonderful coffee. I highly recommend.

Unreliable Company – Poor Service and No Real Return Option

I ordered coffee from this company by mistake and reached out within 15 minutes to cancel. They ignored my request and shipped it anyway. Their policy claims a 30-day return, but the return link on their website doesn’t work, making it impossible to send the product back. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I do not recommend buying from them.
