Andria was very helpful in moving me toward which hat would work for me while shopping remotely. I had been in the store before so they have my head size and with that and my previous purchases knew what shape worked well on me. Reviewing things on the phone helped. The return process was easy for the one hat I did not keep. Will go back for more — hopefully in person the next time!
