Chemex + Able Kone

I'm so excited about my Chemex plus refurbished Kone. I was looking for the most environmentally-friendly option (without needing to use filters every day) and the coffee that my Kone makes is fantastic. I highly recommend this combo, the coffee is definitely comparable to the most hipster coffee shop quality :)

I like the Chemex but is there a Melitta-style holder that will fit the Able Kone and allow me to drip straight into a coffee cup? The glass could be thicker so that heat is retained longer. Can the 6 Cup be placed over a gas stove flame on a low setting to keep the coffee warm or will the glass crack?
