Love this coat, lovely soft leather, great fit. I'm a size 12 but other reviews advised to size up so i ordered the 14. This was too big so i exchanged it for the 12 and it fits great, my exchange was delivered within days of my return

Lovely jacket

A longer length jacket soft and comfortable. I am a size 16 but the 16 I ordered was too tight so I exchanged for an 18. I did have to pay a lot for postage to return the 16 as it was valued higher than the normal postage . Perhaps your company could consider offering free returns as other company's do? Otherwise I am very pleased with this garment and was told it looked "vintage" which I took as a compliment!
