Love it!

We bought this rug for our living room. We have hard wood floors and a baby, so we wanted something functional and padded but stylish. Love it! Very easy to clean with spills and easy to throw in the wash.

Customer service response

Never got an email confirmation of purchase. Decided to cancel the order. Reached out to customer service. Got an auto response indicating receipt of message and notice that someone would contact me in 48 hours. A week later still no response. Contacted customer service again. No response at all. I’m guessing it was because I was asking to cancel an order.
