Works well and I love the smell. I also love that I can refill the bottle when I'm out.

Smells good. Gentle on my hands. A half a pump is what it needs to clean your hands. I wash my hands quite often and this hand soap doesn't dry out my skin like regular hand soaps do. The smell is not at all overpowering. I love it and so is my family.
