Love it. Very glad i had someone to put it up for me though . I installed it on carpet floor/popcorn cielings & its very sturdy. Its very slippery too , def gotta break it in .

So far so good Just make sure u place it on a beam on ur roof. Its a beginner pole and it fit my 8.5 foot room. It is a bit slippery so I recommend getting grip.

I have only had this pole for a few days now, but I am very happy so far! Easy to install and easy to use. Now just to work on gaining the strength and skills! This will be perfect to have a tool to use to keep up my fitness when I can’t get to the gym.
