Love it clean up is a lot easier than my old fryer. The drain works too slow

The fryer is really a good cooker. When I drained out the oil, it cam out very clean. The best thing about it, it won’t let the oil get over heated. The fish came out cooked very evenly. This is the first electric fish cooker I have ever had. I am very pleased with this product.
