I use this with a few drops of Shield in diffusers all over the house, especially if any of us have any respiratory issues! I make sure the bedside diffusers are ready to go at bedtime, and I mix some with a little of the Revive salve for a stronger targeted “under-the-nose” breathing assist to help with a more peaceful sleep. I’ve recommended this blend and even gifted it to friends with asthma. Some of them report Respire has taken the place of their Rx inhalers! I do not let myself run out of this blend! It’s a necessary staple in my household!

Big Help Against Winter Colds and Flu

Have use these products for the past 7 years and found them to be a great guard against winter colds and flu for both my wife and I. WE are both in our 70'ds using them in our vaporizer at night make all the difference. Would not go thu a winter without them.
