This is one of my very favorites. It has the loveliest scent. And I guess it must work because I sleep great all night long every night. Rarely wake up for very long at a time. This is one I will continue to purchase as needed. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this.

Works, but unpleasant to diffuse

When I read the reviews and bought this, I wondered why no one seemed to be diffusing it at night. Now I know. It smells odd, like not good, when you walk in the room. Don't get me wrong, the blend really works! But if you purchase it, you should have something like a pillow to put the scent on and not count on diffusing it. I use my diffuser at night also as a humidifier for my sinuses, so I'm studying the scent to see if it can be improved without losing its sleep-inducing power, but I don't think I'll be putting it in the diffuser a second time.
