Adaptogen Recovery

Not so good.

Did not do well on this. I realized that three of the herbs had side effects. I had to stop this. Not sure what I’m missing, but otherwise I’m doing fairly well.

No change in health

Does what it claims! I love that I can add doses under times of stress for extra support when needed. Thankfully this is not very often as it works well to maintain healthy balance!!!!!!!!
