We ordered the single cooler with a side table, bottom tray, opener and cover. Our overall experience was excellent. There was a simple mix up in our order where the cooler cover did not come with the rest of the order. I made a quick call to them and they promptly shipped it out so we quickly received it. What a pleasure to be able to make a call and get a live voice without jumping through hoops. This even further enhanced my experience and would certainly order and recommend them to others. I found the assembly of everything to be very simple and straight forward with holes lining up and quality screws that came with it. It's a quality product that displays really well on the patio of our Northern Michigan cottage.
