I've purchased $100 gift card on December 24th 2025 with the offer of receiving additional $50 gift card. I've placed an order on May 2th 2026 and I couldn't use my $100 gift card the code didn't work out. I was able to use the $50 gift card though. Also, I had $10 from my points loaded in February and I've never used them. I contacted customer service and they've promised I will get my money back in to my account as a store credit.
I've contacted customer service on May 2th and my issue was resolved on May 22th. I was not impressed by the slow response and that I had to get in touch a few times before they resolve it.
