Perfect Kimono

• I have purchased JudoFly Darkside, it is available only in US shop. DHL express shipping to Berlin took just about 5 days. • This kimono is just beautiful. So if you care about perfection - just do not wash it or use it. Put it on a hanger and just enjoy the beauty. • After the first wash at 40 degrees celsium and machine drying ( i do not follow advices ) it shrank just about a centimeter. Next washes do not have impact on shrinkage. • Like promised by hyperfly - it is wider and fits larger than most kimono, so if you are a slim guy, or get the regular size - you will look like a baby in it. If you are a medium fit guy, it is a perfect kimono. • It ships in a black bag made of same material as kimono itself - it should better be white, because it is inconvenient to wash a bag and kimono together. • A lot of stitches got loose after the wash, but that was expected. • It waits around 2-3 kilograms ( 2 times havier than my Progress 450 gsm kimono). It feels like an armor. Sleeves are very hard to grab, so it feels a bit like cheating, imposing responsibility to be even more respectful to your roll partner. • It is not IBJJF legal (patches and sleeve reinforcement) , so just for rolling in your gym. I think regular JudoFly is ok for competition.
