Dear fiddlershop, the product you shipped initially was defective. It was not your fault, though. Actually I am surprised that leatherwood quality control department would ship defective one like that to you), but you promptly corrected and sent new one and for your service, I would give five star. I used this rosin for little more than a year and the quality of rosin itself, I would give five star again. The problem I see is though, for the price, such a small strip of rosin is expensive and wooden box that contains the rosin frequently catches bow hair and I wish they make cake or block form of rosin. If you would consider relaying the manufacturer the consumer feedback as indicated would be appreciated. So, for leatherwood, I would give overall only 4 stars.

Best Rosin Ever

This rosin is amazing. It grips the string without sounding gritty. I am willing to spend the money to get this kind of quality again. The bow changes sound clean and clear. I’ve been spoiled by its quality and I don’t think I can go back to my old rosin. I don’t know if it’s just my instrument and bow combo but I am so happy I took the risk.
