H3000 One - Flat Iron 1 3/8"

A little Disappointed...

I already have the H3000 One - Flat Iron 1 3/8" that I bought almost twenty years ago. The ceramic plates are gold not blue. It also heats up to 410 degrees. I only use that setting on the day I wash my hair. For every use after that, I turn the setting down to the 310 to 325 range. My concern with this new flat iron is that I have to keep the temperature set at 410. THAT concerns me a lot! I feel the quality is not the same as the original one that I purchased b/c the temp should not remain that high for daily use. The reason for the new flatiron is that I dropped mine and one of the plates is loose. I love my original flatiron...hoping the new one will meet the same standard!
