Actual Rubbish

Ordered the Urban series v3, however received a faulty remote They requested me to create video evidence of the fault before they would send a replacement The board turned out to be actual rubbish.. On the highest speed setting, it has barely enough power to go past standard walking speed I only weigh 70kgs and the board either completely stops or goes <1km hour on the slightest incline Contacted them about this and they are unable to provide any kind of return or exchange because i have ridden it once They told me it is a board for kids and that i should have read through the fine print better before buying it Terrible experience Would not recommend

great product, great service. bought it for our 9-year-old son. he loved it and was able to use it straight away. It looks really good too and the optional accessories offered make it super versatile to use for coming years. good stuff, keep up the good work on product development!

Urban Series V3

Fantastic board, easy to ride, does not go to fast for a 11 year old. Wonderful customer service and support. Highly recommended Black Hawk!
