This base does not come out very clear. That's the only non factor you can always place it in a dark bottle to hide that, but it holds fragrance very well, easy to use. If you're looking for a non-alcoholic base, this is the best.

I love this product . I prefer to buy it in the concentrated bottles but it all performs very well .

With just 0.3% of fragrance it distributes the smell well.
