I had high hopes for this. The velcro strap is a nice feature and does what it is intended - preventing the straps from sliding down the shoulders. However, the plastic piece on the back strapping is not only rigid but, digs into your back. It’s quite uncomfortable. To Combat this I had to apply foam secured with 2-sided tape.
