Ultimate All Fiber Rinse

Customer service not good

that i follow. I ordered BioPro 10k enzyme and ultimate all fiber rinse . After i use these products , there apperead yellow and black spots on the carpet after it dried. I called to support more then 3 times , to get help with whether Am i doing wrong or is it because product. All of them told me that technician willl call back when available . I wait for 2 3 weeks. Did not get any call back from technicians
