my necklace was broken when i got it and i emailed customer service twice for help over a month ago and i’ve been ignored except for now when they need a review from me. i shop here all the time and it’s unfortunate that if something goes wrong you’re basically on your own. shame bc the necklace was actually cute, but that’s basically useless when you can’t wear it.
