Excellent experience. Good value for the quality of pad I know it was, and had been looking for a while, so it was great to get a deal. The delivery was quick and I was given notice of a time when it would arrive. It was packaged well for the delivery and was in perfect condition when I opened it. Not buying another pad any time soon, but would repeat getting one from here.

The purchase of my Moon Pluto Bouldering Pad was simple and it arrived the following day. When it arrived it was missing a buckle. I emailed and was told that a spare would be sent out immediately, it arrive a couple of days later as promised. Great friendly service and would definitely recommend. Thanks.
