Disappointed

This is the forth Excelmark item that I ordered. I had no problems with those purchases, except for me not measuring the first ID stamp size. This purchase was a disappointment due to the stamp not completely covering the unwanted text. It leaves about 25% of the middle not covered. I have reinked the stamp, but no help. If I use multiple punches, it will eventually cover the unwanted text.
