Frustrating. I had difficulty understanding how the website worked and as soon as my invoice appeared I saw I ordered the wrong color and no foam. I emailed immediately and was happy to recieve an instant response. Unfortunately I still got the wrong order. I was unhappy and told them so. I got a response and an apology. The first step is acknowledgement. For that I gave an extra star. If I had recieved the order correctly I would have given 6 stars because it was my initial mistake. Overall I feel they care and the apology was genuine.

This case is perfect length for my SVT40. So I,m happy, until Trudeau screws everything up. Good case good quality. As for the five bucks, by a coffee and enjoy.
