Olympic Dumbbell Handles with Bushings (Pair of 2)

Great space saver!

These dumbbells like everything from Verve are exceptional quality and well made. They replace the need for a space guzzling dumbbell set and are perfect for my home gym. Have added some rubber pads on the bottom to protect my thighs which has been helpful. Really happy with these and I know they’ll last a long time!

Loadable Dumbbells

A great alternative to buying a rack of hex dumbbells. The 2.5kg verve machined plates are a perfect match, but 5kg plates would work also. I would prefer a little shorter collar (165mm loadable is overkill for me) and the total length is over 500mm which can be a bit awkward for dumbbells. As others have said - the spring collars are useless, so plan on buying two pairs of good barbell collars.

Exactly what I needed

I recently took up resistance training for medical reasons. After working with an exercise physiologist in a gym setting to understand what exercises would maximise my gains and make sure I was using correct form I wanted to start assembling a home gym that would let me hit most of my training goals without going to the gym. The dumbbells were an obvious place to start and they have served me well so far.
