Good communication

I ordered a kiln, I received weekly email updates on the shipment, which was really helpful to let me know that the order was still being worked on. The kiln arrived ahead of schedule in excellent condition. I have no issues, and would order from them again.

Olympic Kiln - HB86E

arrival took forever as every other review advised me. I was concerned it wasn't going to come, but it did in quality packaging. The kiln works great and does what it should. I highly recommend and will be buying more items from Soul Ceramics.
