Still haven’t received

Ordered 23 days ago, waited 9 days before reaching out about why I haven’t received my order, was told it was delayed due to supplies and labels on order (would’ve been nice to have that communicated before I had to reach out but ok) and still haven’t received it + tracking just says it was dropped off at UPS store but hasn’t had any scans by UPS whatsoever. Lovely customer service overall
