Good product, disappointing customer service

I enjoyed the tea itself, but I canceled my subscription because every monthly shipment was packaged in bubble wrap. Since the tea is already sealed in durable foil packets and isn't a fragile product, the extra plastic packaging felt unnecessary and wasteful. I contacted customer service more than once to ask about more sustainable packaging, but I never even received a response. The lack of communication was disappointing. I hope the company considers both more environmentally friendly packaging and more responsive customer service in the future.
