Was a bit doubtful how this would go- packing up my 3 hoods to be restored to usefulness by new velcro and repair. I was so impressed when they were promptly returned good as new! Broken Zip Repair

Excellent service. I returned my hood for a zip repair. I didn’t mention a small tear in the fabric, when it was returned with a quick turn around, not only did it have a new zip but the tear had been beautifully repaired as well. Five star service.
