As far as the tab itself, it did not come with any kind of drop protection case nor did it come with a screen protector. When I tried to obtain both, I was told they did not sell either. As far as the software, very quick and easily navigated. Printing a report out showing the codes is more difficult and it does not contain as much information in the report as other computer scans show. Support desk is very helpful but they do not open until 3 hours after my work day gets started. This may be a little inconvenient but the device itself is full of information and, as I said before, is navigated easily.
