Easy replacement of plants

Customer service was excellent. Some plants didn't make it as shipping was held up in Arizona. They replaced those plants, which arrived much faster and in very good shape. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

Perfect experience

Great follow up communication after our order. A beautiful, healthy, and surprisingly large banana tree arrived undamaged at our door. It is now thriving in a large pot on our patio. Definitely worthy of a 5 star review.

My plant looks great, the packing was in bad shape. The material on the surface was not enough and the zip tied bag was loose allowing the root ball to become totally upended. Had to completely repot after unpacking. Have ordered other plants from BB and not had this issue. Still GREAT looking plants and will order again ! Thanks Scott G.
