Little John Dwarf Bottlebrush Tree

Received 2 Bottlebrush trees as ordered. Planted immediately but died in first week. Brighter Blooms sent out 2 more plants without question. Packaged well. So far the Bottlebrush trees are thriving since planted.

The leaves on the Bottlebrush Tree are unique, I just can't wait until I see them bloom!! One of the plants ,does not look real healthy but I will try to bring it around with water and sun!!

Healthy Plants

I live in zone 8a and came across the bottlebrush shrub while I was searching for different types of plants to arrange in front of the house. Actually, I had a different cultivar in mind. One that is more adapted for the humidity of Texas but they said they had a crop failure and wouldn't be able to send out my plants so I bought 2 Little John's as replacements. One day I got a box out of the blue with the plants I previously bought and now these too. So lucky! I went ahead and planted the other two because they get smaller for the area I wanted them in. I still have to find a place for these extra 2 though. They arrived in good shape. Some small broken branches but otherwise healthy. I gave 4 stars because it took quite a while to receive them from when I ordered.
