Endless Summer® The Original Reblooming Hydrangea

Plants do NOT look anything like the pictures advertised. Due to the way plants were packaged, they were in extremely poor shape when received. Plus, I ordered them on 6/11/26, & didn’t receive them until 6/20/26. Only thing in the 2 boxes were the plants, with nothing in between to keep them in place or from sliding around. So, when opened, a lot of the dirt was in the box & not in the pot. The roots of one plant was just laying in the dirt in the box instead of in the pot. Leaves look very poor and unhealthy. Several stems were broken. We don’t think it’s worth the time to plant them because they’re in such bad shape. I called the number on website, but they stated I had to send an email. Sent email with pics, and now they’re saying I have to complete a form instead. I feel like they’re giving me the run-around. I’ve asked for a refund. If I don’t get a refund, I will take other measures.

Vibrant

Both plants were vibrant upon arrival. We planted them right away and they immediately flourished and began leafing out.
