I wanted the wild grass earrings with a different short hook and Abi helped me through this order. We sent a few messages back and forth until all my questions were answered and I was satisfied. She even sent a video to show how exactly the earrings would hang! I appreciated so much her considerate attention to my request. The beautiful earrings arrived a few days later. I immediately put them on and have not taken them off since.
