It accomplishes it's purpose perfectly by adding friction. It doesn't alter the feel of the puzzle in any way. Advice on how to apply: don't use very much at all. Slowly add tiny dabs to the contact areas of the pieces, and do a few solves before deciding to add more.

Sounds good away. Good after 100 solves
Takes a long time to beak in but it is great. The Mac & cheese noise goes away
