I use custom frames routinely and they provide excellent service. Give them a try. I know you will be pleased and you won't find better prices.

Lack of response to problem.

The frame is very attractive, but it it is still in 4 pieces because the hardware pouch that I received did NOT contain the little “H” shaped pieces that I need in order to ensure that the frame holds together after gluing. I have sent a “Problem with the order “ email, but there’s been no response. So, I would not recommend Custom Frames because there is no reply when a problem needs to be resolved.

Nice frame.

Very nice frame. It arrived carefully wrapped and looked just like the image on the web site. My only surprise was even though the web site said the frame was wood, I expected it to be a harder wood than this frame was made from. Perhaps the type of wood could be specified. The glass and backing board fit the frame perfectly.
