CEIKA Custom Coilovers for Mercedes-Benz SL-Class R129 (89~02)

Good Decision!

Hey Everyone! I had just swapped out my old control arms/ball joints and final got to put my new coilovers in. No issues removing the older H/R springs and Bilstein struts, and the Ceikas fit right in! Good fit! The only tedious part was adjusting the height of the car because you have to take the wheel off to turn the spring wheel up or down to get it right but it’s done. The wheel/tire clearance to the coilovers is tight but seems to be ok. I’m getting the wheels aligned tomorrow so I’ll know for sure but it looks good!

Excellent Coilovers for my 2001 SL500

The wait felt like forever but it was worth it! These coilovers let me get the height I was looking for and the ride with them set on the middle of the compression/rebound is good especially considering that LA roads are notoriously bad. It feels like the car has almost no body roll and handles excellent. I went with the "true coilover" for the front and have the camber maxed out, which isn't much, about 2º but glad to have the camber plates on top. Overall super satisfied, the customer service was very responsive, the car rides great; firm and sporty. I love the look and the build quality is first rate.

Customer wanted coil overs, looked around and bought Ceika coil overs. Great quality and easy to put on. Customer loves them, street driven.
