Muhle Shaving Stick-Choice of 4 Scents

It really wasn’t OK

Muhle has changed the packaging and the formula for their previously wonderful shaving sticks. The packaging is subtly different now - not a bad thing - however the soap stick inside is now too narrow for the tube and not connected to the twist up part in any way. As a result, the soap rattles around inside and falls out when you remove the lid. I could deal with that. The key issue is that the ingredients are different than they used to be and this version DOES NOT LATHER. I have been wet shaving for years and the best lather I could generate with this was thin and watery and dissipated soon after my shave began. I had ordered two Muhle sticks in different scents and this was the case with both. I reached out to Shave Nation about this but have not had a response.

Not as lathery as expected.

It works and is a new scent. It will be OK on upcoming 3 ½ week trip to UK.

Mühle Shave Stick Not Good

The shave stick product inside the plastic tube had shrunk 1/8th to 1/4 qtr of an inch making it unusable as a shave stick. Did the product dry out sitting on the shelf? Decided to grate the soap and press it into a mug but when attempted to lather, the soap just produced airy foam and no cream. Soap was still very slick though.
