The stone has already fallen out

I’m not happy at all with this ring. The stone has already fallen out with minimal wearing. I take it off anytime that I’ve got my hands in water. I’m using chemicals and showering bathing any of that I don’t knock my hands against anything and the fact that the Stone has already fallen out, let me know that either a this is a defective ring or just poor quality.
