Seat foam and cover for 24 CRF450RL

Very happy with my new seat on my 2024 Honda CRF450RL. The new foam is way more dense than stock and wider. It didn't feel 1" lower to me but only went on short ride. Real test will be 1st 100 miler.

Purchased this seat kid for my 2024 Honda CRF 450x that I have made street legal. Was looking for something comfier on those longer rides and this is the solution. When purchasing this kit you get the new foam and the fabric so there is a little bit of work involved but it did not take long. You will need something to remove staples from factory seat, adhesive foam spray to adhere new foam to plastic and a staple gun. I bought an electric staple gun that worked fine, the box can be seen in one of the pictures. I have attached a picture of what comes in the box (foam and fabric), the two foams side by side to show quality of Whiplash (bottom is new, top is factory), picture of the completed seat on the table then two pictures of it on the bike. It also makes the seat an inch lower so it helped me on the 450 being only 5’10”. Wider and thicker foam is nice for the longer time spent sitting down on the way to trails. I asked a million questions during the purchase of this and Carols was extremely responsive and helped make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Seems like it will last a while, but if I rip it from a fall or just over time, I will purchase again.
