Entertaining to sew and a pleasure to use
I bought the pattern because it's the most original design I've seen, but I had my doubts about how they would fit. I had a lot of fun making them (View A) and was pleasantly surprised to discover how well they fit with just a small adjustment to the length of the back crotch. I made them in a heavyweight cotton twill, which gives them a lot of structure, and they look so good that my husband wants some too! My advice: don't be intimidated by the number of pieces. The instructions are clear and it's almost impossible to get it wrong. Well, you'll probably turn the pieces a few times before you figure out how they go, but after a while you'll be happy to see how the notches match up.
