Sprinter Jogger - Sand

Fit?

I have 4 pairs of these joggers, and a 5th that are denim. All the same size. Each one fits differently. How is that possible? The olive ones are the baggiest, and the washed maroon(I forget the actual name of this one) are the tightest, the others all varying degrees between the two. Obviously I still like them because I keep buying them but I wish they were a little more consistent.

Most companies I purchase from online have a free return policy. I was surprised to see that there is a window that opens up that encourages the customer to credit instead of getting a credit card credit minus a restocking fee. Not cool for online orders. How would one know if the item fits when you purchase online? aAnd then to ding them for it?
