Fluffy but fine?

These are some of the strangest balls I've used. They definitely fluff up more than normal, making them feel slower and lower bouncing. However, I broke out some propenns during a hitting session with them and, while they felt slightly harder, they played similarly/I didn't need to change my stroke between the balls. So I guess they are good, but it hurts the brain too think why with all the fluff
