Hi, I have been buying your food for my Rottie Otis since the very beginning. I get a lot of comments about his shiny coat and I strongly believe that his coat, white teeth, fresh breathe and good toilets are down to the food. I would like to see the correct boxes come again without the labels as this causes a bit of confusion. As always, my feedback is about losing the delivery cost or it being reduced for regular, subscription customers. I buy 20 boxes every 2 weeks to avoid it taking up all of my freezer space but that is a lot of money on just the delivery alone each month.

Cyrus loves his Luna & Me delivery, there isn't a mince he doesn't like, and it's one of the few foods I know he will always eat. He refuses all kibble, and can be fussy with raw, so when we found this, we were over the moon. We've had delivery for around 2 years now and he still loves it as much as the first day we got it!
