OG Crewneck Sweater

Not good ... I was excited to gift this as Christmas present my surprise when I open the box it came in plastic bag but the sweater was wrinkled had hairs on it white and smell to it it didn't smell like new sweater i started claim up to now I'm still in process of exchange been a hassle seems like long time to get the replacement in since the prepaid label they sent is regular mail that going take month possibly by time they receive it n begin exchange process yeah Worst experience ever I dont think I'll b doing business here again after this horrible nightmare experience been such a headache
